Prince Jabba’s captivating voice, engaging stage presence and provocative energy have
established him as one of the hottest performers to take the stage in years. Prince Jabba
is known for his outstanding voice for dancehall music, featuring a host of memorable
originals, and he shares a stellar reggae voice from the heart of roots reggae. When the
time is right, Jabba even engages audiences with a high-energy version of hip-hop and
rap. Prince Jabba definitely has jammed onto the scene with a professional flare, taking
great pride in all his worldly endeavors.
Prince Jabba opens doors like no one else, and Jabba is a driven, dependable, results-
oriented entertainer. Composing may be his greatest asset, and the variety of rhydums
and vocal ranges in his original songs carries his messages of life. Even now, Prince
Jabba is putting the finishing touches on CD number 2 - HeadStrong - which will be
available in 2007. While his first CD showcased his versatility along with the quality of
his musical creativity and vocal prowess, Prince Jabba’s new disc features a lively
collection of high-energy songs along with favorite love vibes, all a testament to Prince
Jabba’s creative song-writing and performing prowess.

Prince Jabba has already performed with such renowned reggae greats as Freddy
McGregor, Tony Rebel, Lucky Dube, Shinehead, Angelique Kidjo, DMX, Super Cat, and
he assisted The Artist Prince in re-recording Pink Cashmere.
Jabba is lively and fun on stage, adding a natural rhythmic feeling to his performances
that echoes strongly onto the dance floor. In addition to working with Exodus and Lynval
Jackson regularly, Prince Jabba has appeared at the infamous Wild Hare, the premier
reggae club in Chicago, Mozambique in Laguna Beach, the Lighthouse in Hermosa
Beach, Mai Tai and the Cave 49 in Long Beach, and he opened the UCLA Reggae Festival
this year, where he performed with Bushman and Buju Banton among others. In the
Greater Los Angeles area Prince Jabba has performed with the hit band Detour Posse
several times, along with Dakeye, Smoothy Jones & Red X, and his current band mates
featuring some of the top rasta musicians in Southern California.
Last February, Prince Jabba attended the Ragga Muffins Raggae Festival, the largest
reggae event in the United States, where he interacted with the legendary Luciano,
Gentleman, Richie Spice, Anthony B, and the newest reggae sensation, Matisyahu, while
reuniting with reggae great Freddie McGregor. This year, we hope to share the bill with
such renowned artists at the Long Beach, San Diego and San Francisco festivals.
Born Devon Anthony Jackson in Westmoreland, Jamaica, Prince Jabba now resides in
